An average price increase mainly driven by major supermarkets (Coles, Woolworths and Aldi) resulted in a positive growth in capsicum dollar sales (+8.5 per cent) over the past 52 weeks compared to prior year, while volume sales remained stable.

Baby capsicum experienced an increase in popularity, with more buying households contributing to its dollar and volume sales growth.
