Short Summary
The 2013 Produce Innovation Seminar was designed to showcase methods of producing vegetable products with added value that demand a higher price-point and increase profitability.
Innovations presented at the seminar were those which may assist in improving the effectiveness, efficiency and economic viability of the Australian vegetable industry.
The purpose of this report is to collate seminar feedback and develop recommendations intended to guide and improve the design of future ‘Produce Innovation’ seminars.
